Tin't transfer files from Windows 10

Device in theory seems great, just I cannot re-create pictures from my Windows 10 OS computer to the My Deject Domicile. Each time I attempt to re-create the 136GB of pictures I go an error bulletin proverb that the My Cloud Domicile doesn't have enough memory, even though I haven't copy anything to the 4TB device. I contacted WD and the response was this is not a known outcome and that they couldn't help me. I've had it over 39 days and even so can't copy to information technology! Right at present its merely another bulldoze that my PC accesses, merely is unusable. Wouldn't recommend this product because of the poor customer service and help to become it setup and working.

Love my Cloud Dwelling house Duo
